New Path to Green Card for Some

As reported in the New York Times this morning, the Obama administration is proposing a change which will make it easier for relatives of U.S. citizens without status to obtain a green card "The change that immigration officials are offering would benefit United States citizens who are married to or have children who are illegal immigrants.
